Art and Design

Our artists at Superior Ink Printing have a large variety of styles to allow anything from conceptual art to simple print-ready changes. We provide 4-color process, simulated process, and index separations. For screen printing it is necessary to have razor sharp, camera-ready graphics in vector format.

Vector art gives the best quality prints, and it also allows the ability to separate individual colors. That is incredibly important for designs with more than one color since each color must be printed individually and necessitates a separate screen.

Brand Awareness

We go beyond simple changes and screen printing prep. In addition, we also help with brand building and identity creation. Our art team has a variety of members from simple concept sketch artists all the way to graffiti and graphic design to make sure that you get whatever you are looking for. We want to help your brand with its growth and at the same time be innovative about creating timeless graphics that will take your company to the next level.

Why You Should Be Interested In Screen Printing

What is screen printing? It's a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink or other printable materials, which can then be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A fill blade or squeegee is then moved across the screen stencil, which forces or pumps ink into the mesh openings for transfer by capillary action during the squeegee stroke.

Screen printing is also a stencil method of print making in which a design is imposed on a screen of polyester or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance. It is also known as silkscreen, serigraphy, and serigraph printing. A number of screens can be used to produce a multicolored image.

Screen Printing Process

Superior Ink is Denver's choice for custom screen printing. Backed by years of experience in the area, their goal is to provide high end, innovative custom screen printing and design with low end pricing.

Consult

This is the first step in the screen printing order process. Superior Ink Screen Printing provides you with any help you need to make the custom apparel you are searching for. Superior Ink's method of wholesale screen printing is innovative from beginning to end. This is all done with cost-effectiveness in mind.

Design

The next step in the process is design. If you have print-ready art, that's awesome. If not, Superior Ink can help you design custom art files and embroidery. The most important thing is to have nice, clean artwork to get the most high quality screen prints and custom T-shirts.

Create and Ship

After the artwork is taken care of and the supplies have arrived, production begins on your order. Wholesale screen printing usually takes about a week from art approval. After it's finished, Superior Ink gets it out to you. If you don't have custom package branding, ask Superior Ink about packing and branding options for your custom apparel.
